New Amazing Addition From Humminbird; Down Imaging

 

28.09.2009 Humminbird announces a new amazing addition- Down Imaging, with this they add another system to their groundbreaking Side-Imaging. Their main goal have always been to provide anglers with the most innovative technology and Down-Imaging is a huge step in that process. Implementing this technology to Side-Imaging and the new SwitchFire Traditional Sonar makes the opportunity to find the best locations of highly productive spots relatively easy.

Along with the revolutionary Side-Imaging this new technology present new unmatched picture-like images of the sea bed. Down-Imaging gives a detailed look at structure and the water column with its views that are focused directly beneath the angler`s boat. These two features provides the anglers a fantastic, full 180 degree view of the bottom.

The display offers you a viewing option of all features either all three together, a group of two or separately with Split-screen. These three tecnologies combined gives the anglers new advantages and new adventures like never before with this new category.

In January a new free software upgrade will be available to current owners of Humminbird models with Side Imaging. Just register the product at Humminbird.com and the upgrade will add this new tecnology to your Humminbird fishfinder. It is not required to purchase any new transducer or hardware.

The Down Imaging capability will be standard with all new Side Imaging models(998c SI and 898c SI), and the feature will be adding as a running change with existing models in 2010. More info about this will be announced in Humminbird.com and here in this site as soon as it available.
